BAGGAGE, CHECK IN, ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
There is only one counter to claim your baggage upon arriving at Redang Airport you won’t be able to miss. Alternatively, you can always reach out to any of the Berjaya Air staff for further assistance.
The shuttle service within Redang Airport and The Taaras Beach & Spa Resort is complimentary once you’ve booked the flight with hotel package with us.
You can proceed to Counter 12 for check in and to drop off your luggage. Our staff will take you to the Sky Lounge at Level 1 where complimentary light refreshments is served while waiting for boarding.

A cabin baggage is baggage that is carried and stowed in the cabin under the passenger’s control and custody. Guests with a seat are entitled to one piece of baggage with maximum weight of 7kg.

Yes, you can. However, there will be a charge of MYR15 per kg for all excess baggage on a first come first served basis subject to the conditions and limitations contained herein and is accepted for carriage.
PROHIBITTED ITEMS AND EXEMPTIONS
All forms of liquid should be carried in containers with a capacity not greater than 100ml, or the equivalent in other volumetric measurements. Containers should be placed in a transparent, re-sealable plastic bag of a maximum capacity of one litre. Each passenger is allowed to carry one transparent, re-sealable plastic bag.
Medications/medicines, baby milk/foods, and special dietary requirements needed during the flight are exempted. Passengers carrying medicines or special dietary requirements will need to show airport security letters from doctors, clinics, hospitals or prescription for verification purposes.
