We strongly prioritise on the safety, privacy and personal information of all our passengers. Before your flight, enjoy hassle-free check-in and treat yourselves to complimentary refreshments prior to departure. We will be gentle with your luggage, so all you need to do is to relax, get comfy and immerse in luxury.
REJUVENATE & REFRESH
A dedicated airport lounge is located at level 1 in the airport terminal building for you to rejuvenate and refresh and a ground crew is more than happy to take you there after you’ve checked in. The ultimate Malaysian and Continental refreshment are yours to indulge in while you wait for boarding.
CLEANLINESS PROTOCOLS
Frequent and thorough wipe-downs of surfaces, including our check-in counter, lounge and cabin is of great importance. We sanitise high-touch surfaces to ensure a consistently clean experience across our areas and our aircraft.
PERSONAL SPACE
When you settle in with us, you will notice no matter where you are seated, you will always have extra legroom to stretch out. Additionally, our overhead bin is dedicated just for your belongings. It is more than just a flight because we promise you’ll enjoy every part of the ride.
SPECIAL ASSISTANCE & REQUESTS
Enjoy every moment with us. To ensure a smooth boarding process and to avoid take off delays, we recommend our passengers to prior notify us with any special requests at least 48 hours before departure. As procedure, passengers with special needs, elderlies and expecting mothers usually board first. It is our pleasure to aid and assist all passengers as best as we can.
EMPLANE AND DEPLANE
Believe that all our passengers are our VIP. We take you directly to the steps of the aircraft when you emplane. This also means, a swift exit greets you when you deplane. As courtesy, all passengers will be shuttled to the resort as soon as all your airport security checks are completed, so you can seize the day at your destination.
Flight Cancellations OR Changes to Flight Schedules
At any time, your booking has been made, we may change our schedules and/or cancel, divert, postpone, reschedule or delay any flight where we reasonably consider this to be justified beyond our control or for reasons of safety or commercial reasons.
In the event of flight cancellation, we shall at our option either:
- Rearrange earliest alternative fight by another airline via Kuala Terengganu Airport without additional charge.
- Guest may amend travel date at no additional charge.
